Lower Johnson (Little Johnson) (04/02/2023)
Short fun trail that you can make easy or hard, beautiful little canyon. We exited/descended south and then west to get back to the scenic hwy. Next time we will continue on with Upper Johnson (looks intimidating) 😁
Fissure Mountain Trail (04/02/2023)
Ran this yesterday with another Jeep 4dr on 37’s and a Bronco 2dr on 35’s and we had so much fun! I ran this once before last November and wanted to do it again and share it with friends. I will do this trail over and over, it’s just a great all around moderate desert trail with a few difficult sections to make it one of the best trails out there. Here’s a drone view of the steep exit from the mountain. It is no joke!
Ness’s Notch (03/12/2023)
Ran this again now that I have a lift, this is a super fun and challenging little route. My hats off to Josh for this route! 😁 It was actually a little more challenging this time because I didn’t take the best lines 🤦🏽 This is my favorite section at Cougar Buttes right now 🤙🏽
Hercules' Highway (03/12/2023)
Such a great trail, took Bronco friend here after crawling Cougar Buttes for a few hours. This is a great trail to run after a day of crawling, views are amazing and the wheelin is great too! And yes this trail is not affected by the San Bernardino National forest closures!
Cougar Buttes (03/12/2023)
This place is amazing and such a great place to go with a few other rigs and push your limits. Here’s a little recap video of our trip there last week!
Bull Frog (02/19/2023)
Brought a group here and played on some of these obstacles. So much fun! Love this place and although I’ve done some of the obstacles a bunch of times, there’s many that I haven’t even found yet!
Ness’s Notch (12/04/2022)
Ran this following a Jeep and had a blast! Looks very intimidating from the start but it’s easier than it looks. The final obstacle is one of the coolest obstacles I’ve ever done, it’s a rock slider user for sure. I want to go back and do this now that I’m lifted!
Fissure Mountain Trail (11/04/2022)
Ran this today and I was hoping it would be a little more challenging and it was exactly what I wanted! We took the right (rock crawl) exit instead of the steep sand hill exit, which looked much harder and longer. It was a great day in the desert and I highly recommend this trail
