Update from a couple of days ago - I ran this trail up hill, as it is described, and was able to negotiate all the ice in 4W high no problem.

Easy drive, some nice views. Today we encountered a few icy spots and it started snowing in the afternoon - so there may be some snow on the road tomorrow

Easy drive for any vehicle. We encountered a few icy spots but nothing major.

Mostly easy drive through the forest. A couple of cool spots to camp. One of the camping sites was full of beer cans, glass, garbage, and various caliber shells. We cleaned up as much as we could, but there is still some glass. The trail continues past what is marked on the map, and gets a little more challenging. We ran out of time, so I don’t know where it leads.

We ran this trail in reverse. Several sections had enough solid ice on them to turn our Jeep into a sled. Not sure if we would have made it uphill without winching. Fun run which will be fairly easy once the ice melts.
