My husband, Michael, and I started off-roading and overlanding in 2019 when we traded in Michael’s drift car for our 2017 JKU Rubicon. We’ve lived in Arizona since 2013, but our Jeep has opened up the West to us in a way we never knew possible. We spend our weekends and vacations finding new places to explore — whether it’s a nearby trail for a day or an off-road destination for a few. And like most Jeep owners, we funnel most of our extra cash into upgrades and overland gear 😉 We highlight our favorite trails and overland spots on our blog, OffroadTrippers.com.

Our current rig is a 2017 JKU Rubicon. Because we overland and also tackle some difficult off-road trails, we're aiming to keep our build as low CG as possible to counteract the weight of the rooftop tent and awning.
