My husband and I have been on the crew of Trails Offroad for about 8 years. We moved to Colorado from Illinois and it sure is a change of scenery! We have always loved the outdoors and nature and off-roading, and living in Colorado keeps us on a constant adventure. We have started traveling all over the country mapping trails and look forward to more exploring. By Day I work in the wedding industry making invitations and my other hobbies include photography, graphic design, and cooking. Nothing makes me happier than catching amazing photos out on the trails! Loves: Water Crossings, Scenic Spots, Leaf Peeping, Mild Obstacles, Ghost Towns and Old mines and structures. Hates: Tipsy shelf obstacles and SHELF ROADS.

This is Loki...he likes to crawl on rocks, swim through water, and long drives through the forest. He is not a fan of 4 foot deep mud puddle holes in Michigan. Trail in picture is China Wall - Colorado

Gold Butte Backcountry Byway (03/22/2023)
This area is absolutely gorgeous! Be careful if you see mud in any of the trail spurs. Check its stability and depth before driving through.
Cedar Mountain Road (02/05/2023)
This is one of my favorite trails. It has so many scenic spots! The snow was easy to manage.
Matukat Road (aka Goose Creek Road) (02/03/2023)
Trail was beautiful yesterday! Snow in spots, so just be careful on turns that have more of a shelf.
Wellington Lake (02/03/2023)
A little snow on the trail, but nothing to be worried about. Take some of the turns easy on the slick spots and you will be fine.
Redskin Road (02/03/2023)
Snow on the trail, just use caution on turns so you don't slide all over...otherwise passable and fun!
Cedar Mountain Road (10/22/2022)
I really love this trail. The heavy rains we had over the summer really rutted a lot of the trail. Just be careful out there as bumps and rocks are a little more exposed. Still had a couple Aspens holding on to their leaves too. Really pretty day for a drive.
