Van Dusen or 3N09 an easy offroad trail near Big Bear California is a great beginner trail and also a good connector for getting back into the San Bernardino Forest if trying to connect to the harder trails or just looking for a relaxing drive. This trail does receive snow in the winter but is usually closed to protect it from erosion. Along the route, you will see plenty of dense forest, green pastures, and a tone of scenic beauty.
