Dan is an avid traveler, photographer, and veteran who is currently based in Phoenix, AZ. Originally from Houston,Texas, it didn't take long for him to fall in love with the stark contrast of the scenic Sonoran desert versus the drab, urban landscape of Houston. His first taste of off-roading came at the age of 16 when he owned a 1969 VW Baja bug, but his true passion for the trail developed 16 years later when he purchased a 2003 Toyota 4Runner. His rig is minimally modified, but that doesn't discourage Dan from seeking the most beautiful views Arizona offers.
